Your
privacy.

This site stores an anonymous browser ID so your discoveries and WEIRD reactions can stay with you on this device.

The ID is saved in a one-year, HTTP-only, same-site cookie. Our database stores the products you discovered and voted on, along with dates. We do not ask for an account, name or email. Sharing a product URL does not reveal your Weirdex.

Use “Reset my Weirdex” on your Weirdex page to remove this browser's discoveries, votes, share and outbound click events. Clearing browser cookies also loses your access to the collection, though it does not automatically delete old anonymous records.

We record share intent when you open a share menu or copy a link, and a unique visit when an anonymous browser opens a shared product link. A purchase-link click is recorded as an outbound click, not as a purchase. We cannot tell whether anyone received a shared link or bought a product. This site has no advertising trackers.
